Furniture Protection

For a piece of mind when we arrive to store your goods, we will prepare, wrap and protect your furniture ready for storage, this can include plastic wrapping, padded blanket wrapping, mattress protectors, wardrobe boxes, packing materials and more.

Container Storage

When choosing container storage services we will arrive at your premises, prepare furniture and belongings. We will then transport it to secure container storage. You will not have access to your belongings until redelivery. This is perfect for customers who do not require access while their goods are in our care.

Third Party Storage Facility

For customers who want access to their goods on a regular basis, we work alongside Dickens Self Storage, who is one of the North East’s most reputable self storage companies. You will be able to access your goods within office hours, which are Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm & Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm. You are also free to choose your own self storage facility.

How much does contents storage cost?

There are many factors when it comes to contents storage costs, every job is different. Things like the volume of goods you require storing and the type of storage you choose to use.

Container Storage on a secure site will cost around £30.00 per week for a 20ft Container, this will be suitable for a standard 2 to 3 bedroom house. For larger volumes, you simply use a second storage container.

Self Storage is charged on the storage room size you require, the bigger the room the more it costs & the value of your good for insurance purposes. With room sizes from around 10 sq ft to 300 sq ft. Depending on your chosen storage facility & using Reds Removals to move you in, we may be able to get you 8 weeks half price.
